angled toe
« on: September 15, 2011, 12:52:33 PM »

Im making a copy of an old classic bat profile for a friend of mine and it has an angled toe similar to m&H and redback etc. i have a few questions

what angle are these normally at? ( the one im copying has a fair bit of damage to the toe so hard to tell.)

are there any benefits other than reducing the splitting/fraying from taping a normal bat on the ground?

would a toe guard be beneficial in anyway other than to stop water uptake or would it look a bit silly?

this may have been discussed before but i cant search atm, if it has im sorry. thanks for any help though guys
