Don't put your gloves in the washing machine :(
« on: November 18, 2011, 03:57:06 PM »

Thought I would wash my old kahuna batting gloves to sell them on. Being a stupid male, recently graduated, and without the help of my better half, I thought I would put them in the washing machine. Well what a waste that was. The leather disintegrates and shrinks making them completely useless. They were clean though. All in all, a pretty bad day lol.  >:(

not sure ive ever tried washing gloves. ive given then a wipe with a damp cloth but thats about it. id imagine they would take an age to dry aswell with all the padding etc. Hopefully tho as you stated 'old' means you have another pair

I'm a bit of a dumb ass lol. That's why, kinda thought they might go tits up but wasn't overly worried. And no pics lol, I flew off the handle and banned them before thinking lol. Always said I was a very kinaesthetic learner lol.
