based on a bat made by the West Country�s finest for none other than Sachin himself.

Does this line from the millichamp and hall review mean they have made bats for sachin?

I think M&H have made bats for a large amount of pro's who have toured here and had the pleasure of visiting the west country, from reputation alone. I'm sure it's the same around the world, perhaps players like Kallis have had bats made by SS and so on. If I was a pro, I would love to sample as many bats as I could. Although I stress (and I mean STRESS) that I have no proof of this, but the whole of the Aussie squad that toured in 88(?) had M&H's made up on reputation alone?

And probably that too. If you were a batmaker, you would make one up and send it to him wouldn't you. Just so you could say you had made bats for Sachin, regardless of whether he uses it or not :p

It's probably similar shape to a B52 XL. Which is based on a Sachin bat.

As a bat profile (for that's all it is) then tbh I think there's been better attempts at it (certainly for weight/balance/size - I've picked up some great (and awful!) Newbery's) than the Master though I find most things 3lb+ unweildy and ugly.

Though I picked up an Amplus the other day that was stupid huge and under 3lb, so would love to give one a wave about!

I remember m&h boasting pics this summer of a couple of india players that where there during their tour, perhaps sachin was there this summer as well?

All the Aussies were using Julian's bats around that time, I don't think it's a secret. Julian made his bats in Perth at the time. they were very niche and only 1 retailer had them here, they were ahead of their time.

Only true sachin bat I have seen is in asads shop as you can tell the true shape
