it seems they are jumping on the bandwagon of remfry...

the kook thigh pads are pretty good, although the aussie players don't appear to use them, I have a set of mid range kook thigh pads I am using at the moment and they are decent enough

The "green" ones from last year had UHDF, ultra high desnity foam, they are the hardest, lightest ones i have seen. Much like the remfly ones. They also did some leather covered ones too i think.

In my own searches i have been unable to get the right type of foam. Everything else i can get. If any one ever see any good foams!!!!!!!!

Sir Buzz, would you recommend the Hawk ones? The ones they stock now?

Ben, take a look out ours here. Made by the same people as Hawk (I think) very nice thigh pads.

Ross where have u looked for foams?

The best options ive seen so far are foam floor tiles, which are a bit soft and lamitae floor underlay, which is a bit expensive. Lets use the collective power of custom bats to find a good foam source!
