Ideal weather preparations
« on: March 11, 2013, 08:14:23 PM »

As it has been snowing today, I was wondering what the ideal weather is in the run-up to the start of the season. I have zero knowledge of ground preparation so do you want it to be wet in March and then start drying up in April or just to have a little bit of rain evenly spaced throughout the spring. As I say I have no idea. I would love to rock up at the ground on the 1st day of the season and see a pitch with decent bounce and carry.
