Thanks guys. Really appreciate the inputs  :)

I have sent pics to the retailer asking if he can arrange for repairs and if his answer is in the negative (which I assume it will be) I will have to take the matter into my own hands.

As above - i'd also get a fibretec face for it. Could well be a goer for 6 months then give you a nice excuse to get a new stick!

With seam marks like that near the toe of the bat if you took it back the retailer would just say its due to you striking a yorker

You say that mate, but I took my Kahuna back to the retailer twice after smashing the toe in through digging out yorkers and they swapped it no problems. I even said the damage was caused through 'digging out a yorker'
