I'm after some bowling boots/shoes/spikes for next season, given the expertise on here anyone got any specific models they would recommend?

Thanks, Carl

If you have larger feet i.e. 12/13/14 then eBay is a good bet. My friend got last years Adidas bowling spikes, size 13 for £25.

Ahh my area of expertise!
Asics Gel Speed Menace are good and they have only changed the color this year so there should be some of the blue ones knocking around on websites fairly cheaply.
Adidas 22yrds hi are excellent but pricey!
Nike spikes are good but abit over priced and garish.
Would not recommend Puma unless you have very skinny feet.
And i wouldnt bother with the rest of the more cricket based brands offerings.

I'm size 13 and have some Nike bowling boots, very comfortable and I got the blue ones so they are not that garish. Got them for £50 of a certain willow Barron. I don't particularly do a great deal of bowling but I do like the added ankle support.
