Yes they do. I have had a couple of bats done by kookaburra. They both were sent with splits and wear, and came back looking brand new! Top quality service as well.

You can ring up, or you can email them. I think I got my bat back within a week of sending it (but that was just after the season begin) but still, an excellent service, and very competitive prices!
