Monday - Throw downs / Technical work
Tuesday - Gym AM - Coaching + Club Practice PM
Wednesday - Gym
Thursday - Club Practice PM
Friday - Prematch practice + Coaching PM
Saturday - Premier League Match

That would be a normal in-season week for me now I'm finished school

Forgot to add mine... currently I play around 4 hours football a day at "work" so thats plenty of running.

Otherwise Saturday and Sunday are rest days. Monday to Friday is a set regime, bleep test first then follow a training schedule I downloaded from the Royal Marines website - push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, lunges etc and some free weights.
