A net with Mr Blank Bats (and the Stig)
« on: April 12, 2012, 08:57:15 AM »

As you will have seen, last night I met up with the Stig - but also there was Canners, also known as Mr Blank Bats.

he was showing off some of his bats.

here are a few pictures - one of them is now in my garage ;)

Well if you look at the bat second from the left - that is the one in my garage and it took some prizing to get it out of the stig's hands.

Canners wore a few last night - but had a gentle session, while the Stig was on fire... it must have been the huge edges and lovely grains of the bat ;)

I must admit the stig fizzed a few big hits with his lovely new stick....

he took an age deciding what beauty to keep...

I have a few of the ones the stig left behind... I guess that now makes them 'PRO' bats ;)

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Did you have a bat with your new stick last night Buzz? And do you coach the Stig or does he coach you?

Did you have a bat with your new stick last night Buzz? And do you coach the Stig or does he coach you?

bit of both, it depends on his mood.
there is no doubt the Stig was really impressed with the selection of bats on display.

I will hopefully be able to get the camera out tonight for some profile shots of this beast.
