New Bats
« on: April 02, 2012, 12:00:20 AM »

Been meaning to post a few pics of my bats.
The oblivion LE was organized for me by Asad, 2lb 7oz, great pick up and rebound.

While I was waiting for this to be made I came across a Salix Pod Players at serious cricket, didn't really need it but I am a fan of Salix so I got it shipped over. It's almost too nice to use, and I haven't yet. 2lb 6oz, featherlight pick up, mallet rebound is exceptional, profile god for the weight. In reality it's a bit too light for me, not sure what I will do with it, maybe get it signed and framed, maybe move it on to a mate.

It would have to be an aussie that wanted it, it would be cost prohibative to post abroad. You guys are right though it is a beautiful bat. I prefer the thinner handle on the oblivion, Asad really did a good job getting it for me, GN really has come a long way in the UK over the last few years.
