right then forumites, about 2 weeks ago i started to look for a new bat, more the fact the cash was burning a very big hole in my pocket than needing one. So I started a new 'wanted' topic about 5 mins after doing so the damaged bb came up for sale, well needless to say I snapped Mr BB's arm off, for 135, what a stunning bat. Arrived today at 6pm the most painfull afternoon I have ever had! and when it got here, and I opened the box, the first thing I did was sand out the mark, wanted it to look good as new, and boy it does, came out it 30 seconds and was really easy. then came the all important mallet test-WOW, it is PINGTASTIC, definately up there with the best bat I own. I absolutely love it, it weighs in at 2.10, but there is no way it feels like that in my hands, feels about 2.8/9 to me. moving on to the quality of the wood, well I count 11/12 grains not quite ruler straight, but relatively straight nonetheless, it has a mark in the middle of the bat but I think it adds rather than detracts from the bat. Havnt measured the edges yet, but they look around 37mm which for 2.10 is huge. The service from the BB team was awesome, I wont hesitate to buy from them again, thank you guys. Pics to follow soon (sorry)
so I would give this 29.5/30
Looks:9.5
Pick up:10
performance:10
Oh and with the cost factor added in it would be up a 30/30 for overal value for money great job guys thank you
