I was just wondering what the letters stamped onto the shoulder of the bats are.
My GN ignite 5 star has a D on the shoulder.
What do the other grades stamps have on them
Cheers Dan

most markings on shoulders are either to show which bat maker made it, what shape/profile it is or to show its genuinity.
my kippax had a stamping and this i was told by them was to show who shaped the bat.
i dont think they relate to grading at all.

Could be a sort of batch number or profile shape as slogger said.
