P2's good sir.
The P1's are designed to fend off 90+mph bowling so not really needed at club level. Save the extra money.

agree with Bruce unless you play a very high standard get p2's they are fine

try some on before you buy them too, so you know which size fits you properly

Agreed, P2's are ideal for club level and you save the extra rather than getting P1's

the P1s are horribly uncomfortable, so I use the P2 for that reason.

I'm the kind of ponce who likes to have top end gear, so when I bought my strippers I tried the P1s first, but I found them too bulky, so got P2s in the end

I very recently bought P2s. It is revelatory how comfortable they are, moving from a standard strap thigh pad to these. Running feels totally different, that is to say, much easier. Hasnt necessarily made me any quicker though! I dont play a high enough standard to warrant P1s, and though I also usually buy the best just for the sake of it (and cos I'm also a ponce) the superfluous bulk (for my needs) on the P1s put me off them.

Recommended.
