I am sure most on this forum are already aware about the stunning service that Ayrtek provide, but thought I'd add my two cents on here.

Tom has been on his honeymoon, but has still been retweeting for us, replying to emails very quickly and sorting us out impeccably with a few smaller matters that aren't urgent.  He has also taken time out to help us with the fraudster thing.

Please keep it up, guys.  We really can't ask for anything more!

Very true, difficult to get away from everything with email, twitter, Facebook etc available on ur iPhone. Saying that I did try to avoid it for as long as possible without getting to much of a backlog on everything to have to catch up on next week.
