Difference in size between youth and mens

Im looking to get a training bag of gear for nets and have found some pads which I think will do the job but they only have them is youths size.. So does anybody know how much of a size difference there is between small mens pads and youths??

youths are around normally 36 to 37 knee to top of foot but small mens are around 37-38 

all cm  i use small mens i like around 37cm
