I had a Ricky Ponting Kahuna about 6 or 7 seasons ago. A lovely looking bat with about 7 ruler straight grains. However, I split the toe after about 2 games and it went back to Kookaburra for a free refurb.
To be honest, I never got on with it and when I got a Scat I gave it to a younger lad from the club. He's now early 20's, still plays for us and uses it in club/college games. It's going very well on harder tracks, where the bounce is a little higher and he received most improved player this year.
He's promised to give me some money for it, when he gets his first full time job
