Stuffing pads.

Has anyone done this like some pro's? I would also like to know what stuf you use to create more protection.

I don't think anyone here would need to, we're not going to be facing 90mph+ day in-day out.

I did it by tearing apart an old pair of pads and taking the foam out of them!
