Well after been on the search for the best keeping pad for a long time ive finally met my match
After looking around and pondering on countless occasions I finally decided on the Newbery SPS keeping pads, I searched for a plainish pad that oozed quality with maximum protection and what can I say.....its exactly what I wanted!
The pads are plain with a slick and stylish chrome branding that's very easy on the eye. The straps are padded with a comfortable mesh that assures the straps don't dig in your leg when going for that tight "wrap around like fit", this is really great as ive had problems in the past when keeping and having a strap digging into your calf.....its very uncomfortable!
The pads wrap around very well making sure they wont stick out resulting in them knocking the ball out off your hand or just being too damn bulky!
The pads were purchased from Paul at IJC and to be honest the service was second to none! They were posted the next day and to my surprise received in less than 24 hours! If your looking for a top keeping pad dont hesitate and go to Paul....I had the game on finding these pads as no one really seemed to sell them and if they did they all seemed to be out of stock so I was delighted when I found out a forum sponsor had them instock!
