Who makes them? The cheap ones look like Albion Club MK2?

It's interesting as the Slaz I tried in sports direct today was one of the most comfortable helmets I have tried in a while. It was also very light, but I suspect this doesn't bode well for the protection level. I also tried an Albion Club today and it looked identical in materials and construction, apart from the inside padding.
