Anyone know about RNS Larsons Majestic or Xplod Bats?
« on: January 02, 2014, 11:44:53 PM »

Hi guys. I'm new here and just wanted to know if anyone knew any information about the RNS Larsons Majestic or RNS Larsons Xplod Bats? I'm just looking to know if they're any good. I found them for under $250AU but I'm leaning towards the RNS Majestic bat because of the price and on the same website, I can get a full bat preparation (oiling, rolling, edge honing, knocking in and pressing) for $25 extra.
Any help would be great!

I do not have a RNS Majestic or the Xplod, but I have a RNS T20i which I am using currently. 36mm edges and performance has been amazing.

I did read reviews and knew beforehand that T20i are bottom heavy bats and they are. I have a 2.10 but feels a lot more since its bottom heavy. So, you might want to check up with the retailer regarding balance and pickup.

Also, from what I know-their top of the line is called Unik.

Hey Cesare!

I am looking into buying RNS T20i cricket bat and would like your opinion on it's pickup, power and balance. Also it says that bat comes ready to play. Did you have to do any  knocking? Thanks a lot!

Whatever written on the bat (instructions) it is always recommended to oil/knock the bat in, especially asian bats.

I had to knock it in for a good few days before it stopped getting seam marks on the blade.

They do advertise that T20i is bottom heavy with the profile. Might feel a tad heavy. Awesome ping and amazing performance. Where are you based Champ?
