im a fan of sausage gloves however ive just got another pair and they're a bit stiff at the moment, any ideas how to get away this stiffness asap?

Perhaps the old trick with the keeping gloves will do in this regard.
Put them under your sofa cushion/mattress, lay down and watch the cricket
