Footdisk insoles
« on: March 12, 2013, 12:11:10 PM »

Has anyone tried these
http://www.footdisc.co.uk/
or in particular http://www.mad4sport.co.uk/product/footdisc-medium-arch-sports-insole-new-improved_158/
??

I have just picked up a couple of pairs as they are softer that the ones I was using
http://www.return2fitness.co.uk/foot-care-insoles/insoles-footbeds-heelpads/d3d-performance-insoles-red

I am hoping they are pretty good, they have some good reviews... I will let you know how I get on, but I intend to put them in my cricket shoes too (I bought two pairs, one for my runnign shoes and one for my cricket shoes!!)

well they pass the comfort test and the can I bat in them test.

I am still not allowed to run yet, but they seem pretty good so far.

Not sre if this is a stupid question or not. Do these sit on top of the original sole bits or underneath?
