Two Spring Handles in International Cricket
« on: May 23, 2013, 07:56:45 PM »

I always thought they were illegal and banned, guess I was wrong. Have a look at Neil Wagner's top bat;

Any guesses on second one?

Why would they be illegal.

Why would they be illegal.

As they enhance performance (apparently).

The main law on handles is that 10% other materials one, which a 2 spring handle with less rubber than a 3 spring would definitely not contravene.

The key law on handles its what Tom has described. The key difference worth number of springs its stiffness and comfort.

Surely that could just be a stock bat that slaz sent him instead of assuming its sports direct?  all the sports directs on the south coast all have kashmir slaz bats
