V100 Tas
« on: June 25, 2013, 03:48:23 PM »

Hi guys new to the forum :) just thought I would post a pic of my new bat bought it of sports direct so I was surprised when it turned up and looked like this, I don't know if it's a mis-grade or what? Sorry about the pic quality
Thanks khan

Few more shots of the edge it's 38mm :). Also quick question what's people's opinion on heartwood I thought that's what everyone wants haha

Looks pretty good for a sportsdirect bat I must admit, although I have never been a huge fan of heartwood, although I know a lot of boys will argue with me over that....  :(

I had a kashmir woodworm with heartwood and it snapped clean in half down the heartwood perfectly, probably why i am a bit edgy  :-[

£58 sounds like a steal! If it plays in well, then that'll be a monster bargain. Nice!

They are £68 on the sport direct website, down from £199... you have a real bargain, I think that bat looks awesome.

Yeah I think it's pot luck as to what you will get, as this one compared to the other one that was posted last month there's a bit of a difference  :o not saying that his wont play better than mine just cosmetically :)
