I just wear aero inners, but if im keeping with a broken finger I'll wrap it in cotton wool and tape around the break/fracture. I don't really see the need to wear them otherwise, I'd only keep about 150 overs a week so no real need to strap up, hope that my technique looks after me

I emailed Brad Haddins manager at the start of the year asking about finger guards and he said that if you go to a local chemist they should have finger guards/ they can mould finger guards for you. However I have used them before and find them a bit bulky in the gloves so I stick with my Aero inners, remembering that there is always going to be some pain while catching balls.

In boots there is silicon gel toe protectors, which can be cut into half or 3rds and may help?

I used to use these for hockey.

Can you still buy them?

thats all very well and good, and I do wear inners, but when you keep on a pitch where on ball rockets over your head, and the next goes underground, you are bound to wear a few on the fingers, I got hit 4 times saturday by an overseas pro, and then again a couple times sunday on the same finger, so I was just wondering where to find some for extra protection.
