SAF Bats
« on: August 02, 2013, 04:03:10 PM »

Im looking for a new bat, been looking for quite a while now and I must of checked out about 90% of the sponsors on here.

I stumbled across SAF bats and they look fairly decent, maybe a bit expensive but they look really good

Has anyone used one? good or bad feedback needed!!

Not sure if they are trading at the moment so I would hang fire. Reviews have been mainly positive from this forum. Only advice I would give is dont enter there competitions as there's a good chance you might not received your prize.

I've a SAF. It's very good but it was the second I received as the first one wasn't a good example. In addition, they often take a while to turn up!

I've had two. The first one (18 months ago), took about 6-8 weeks to arrive but performed really well. I sold it to a mate and ordered one early this year, paid for it and three months later, it still hadn't turned up and Andy started some crap about it being held up in Customs in Japan. Eventually I got my money back.
Pity, as I found the bat I had really performed... I hope Andy gets his stuff together as he certainly craft a bat!

I have a couple - one is not particularly big profile, but I love using it as it plays beautifully!
The other is Buzz's old match bat which has just been refurbed and still goes like a rocket!
They are quality bats made by a craftsman!

But there are others on here who can also provide fantastic quality so take your time and see how you go!
