Never feed them after midnight...
« on: August 25, 2013, 06:35:53 AM »

Played in a game in South Northants yesterday, not far from MK.  The opposition had more Blue Rooms than Stringfellows - must have been 90% of the team using them, including a very nice looking RPC custom.  Sadly the opener using it didn't stick around long enough for me to get a good look at it.

One of our guys had one making its debut - he's very impressed with it.

Who did you play? Who do you play for? That's my area and there are plenty of bluerooms around

The 10% not using blueroom should be shot.... You can't play cricket in Northants and not be using the big man's gear :) haha

Must have been a nightmare thinking ahhh that's one gone... Oh great here comes another.... With another blueroom canon ;)

For Syresham against Castlethorpe, South Northants league - where do you play?

It's the first time I've seen Bluerooms in the flesh (willow!) as it were - total coincidence that a team mate had one for the first time as well.  You could tell there were a few; all had different coloured grips, presumably so they don't take each others home!

Good for us they didn't do any damage - we ended up 240-odd off 45, they were all out for less than 80...
