HDF vs Cane
«

Just watched the GCCC video review of the new Kookaburra Bubble II 1000 pads and they mentioned they are full High Density Foam (HDF) and no canes.
So got me wondering what people's thoughts are between the 2, HDF or Cane pads?
What's the differences, pros/cons, and people preference and why?

prefer HDF...lighter
canes provide more protection but i don't need it for the level i play.

My GM Le's are cane and they aren't heavy.
I think Cane's look more classy, depends on personal preference i guess
