He fed me the same line about my bat being in Japanese customs also. I ordered my bat in January, and I've only recently finished chasing up getting my money back through my bank. I would strongly advise anyone AGAINST ordering a bat from this company. He spun me a similar story Wickets-then-runs: said he'd give me the tracking number then didn't; said he'd make another bat and resend with tracking number then didn't; offered a refund then didn't, and then stopped corresponding all together. I know there are people on this forum who are very fond of this bloke and have criticised me when I've hinted at my displeasure with him on various topics, but to me he's a con-man and a shyster. The fact he's spun the exact same lie to someone, as above, else confirms it. And that's not even taking into account the various people who PMd me and shared their similar problems dealing with this company.
