I am just waiting for them to confirm a London warehouse.  We'd need to be able to hand-pick their bats to consider stocking them...

Does anyone know roughly what sort of price it must be costing spartan to sponsor these players? They just seem to have shot out nowhere with all these sponsorships and stuff!

I think they are six figure sums...

They are run by a very wealthy man who has made his money in other industries.  I think there is more capital there than any other brand actually...

as itsjustcricket has said he has money in other pots! lots and lots of it.

unlike mongoose woodworm and boom boom. he can easily afford to run spartan at a loss for a few years while he builds brand recognition. and not sweat over it.

i have a feeling spartan will be around for along time, and probably in 5 years will be among the biggest sports names on the market.

Rather they sold the bats a bit cheaper and sponsored a few less players!
