Kieswetter Keeping Pads
« on: September 14, 2009, 08:06:11 PM »

What keeping pads is Kieswetter using, not seen them before (Saw them today and in last pro 40 on sky)

I know he sponsored by Puma, but pads look very traditional with middle being made up of 3 big squares (hard to explain), logos removed on front and back. Would suggest not puma, so thinking possibly next seasons Bradburys.

yeah, at the beginning of the season when bradbury bought out somersets black trousers some players used black bradbury pads as they didn't have black ones from their sponsors, same with kieswetter keeping pads.

he does have black iridium 6000 batting pads and 5000 wk pads but obviously prefers these, also he stopped using his Ballistic helmet to use his Masuri and as of last night is using as albion

Easy for him to use coloured Bradburys because the shop is at the County Ground. Underrated brand I think!

I think towards the end of next season he will be first choice one day keeper and by 2011 he will be number 1 keeper for one day and test cricket - got to keep our South African quota high!

He should be in for his batting anyway... regardless of being 'the' keeper

Oh, don't get me wrong I think the same. It costs a fortune but they are not a 'big' brand and do some nice gear.
