Newbery or Slaz keeping/fielding pads
« on: June 05, 2014, 11:59:18 PM »

I'm thinking of purchasing some of the keeping pads that go under your trousers for next season (NZ season). I was wondering A) which brands pad's are better? Newbery or Slazenger? and B) If anyone knows anywhere that would ship to NZ, preferably from the southern hemisphere as I don't particularly want to have to ship them over from the uk for double the purchase price!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not much in difference other than the newbery ones have 3 thin straps and the slazenger have 2 thicket ones. How tall are you mate?

Yeah, I'm not the tallest, around 170-175cm. Is there much of a difference between the straps in terms of comfort?

I have the Newberys a but probably will look at the slazengers or stretton fox ( a sponsor do one too) as I'm 6'1. the slazengers look to have better straps, but the Newberys wrap around more. It's up to you mate
