B3 Apprentice

I see that you clever guys on the Forum don’t miss a trick and have already spotted our advert and have stolen my thunder!
 
We have had an excellent first two years of business and have an ever increasing order book and need a couple members of staff to help meet demand in the factory.  The job spec can be found here;

but in plain English we are looking for two people to join our team. You will be required to get involved with every aspect of bat making, from cleft processing and selection, CNC machining and CAD/CAM design, sanding & finishing, knocking in to packing and arranging couriers.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking people prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, but most importantly want to join team B3.

Mr Streaky, surely one of those positions should be filled by the mighty Watto? I've heard he's there best finisher b3 have ever had?

If only it wasn't an apprenticeship I would be very very tempted to apply and move slightly south
