BB Limited Edition Softs Review
« on: September 25, 2014, 07:31:21 PM »

Bought both the pads and gloves a couple of months ago, and now used them a few times in games. And finally got time to do a review so here goes.
Comfort: 9/10
Quality: 9/10
Value for money:8/10
Looks: 10/10

These softs are pretty much what I look for. Classy and well built, comfortable and light too. And not expensive compared to similar level products from other brands.
The pads first of all, are really comfortable. The straps have extra padding so they can't chafe or scratch. You could even wear them with just shorts on and not feel any discomfort. The straps are a decent length, shorter than others I've owned but id say thats a good thing. I dont think I got hit on the pads while wearing them, but Im fairly confident in the level of protection too.

As for the gloves, O love the look of them! Also, they are a great fit, perfect size. They seem really well made, and seem like they will last a good amount of time.

Well, here are the pictures.

Very, very nice. I really like the look of these.

How much were they for the set?

Very decent mate. Love the classic, subtle look mate exactly what I would look for in softs. You rate value for money as 8/10 so what's the cost on these as they look like top end softs which I would say based on market is about £80 for pads and £50 for gloves with pittard palms.

I think Mike did an offer of £110 a set and after that they were £130 a set - that might have even included postage.

£110 in total. 8/10 might have been harsh comparing to top end other brands actually...
