Removing Stickers and Putting Back on After Refurb
« on: October 27, 2014, 05:44:14 PM »

Apologies if this has been covered in topics before but was wondering if anyone has done this and how they did it.  I've got a GM at that I would like to take the scuff sheet off but they put the stickers over the scuff sheet so not sure if this will work. Anyone any hints and tips?  Also noticed that people have mentioned that GM bats are hard pressed this seems to be the case with mine.  Any hints on how to open it up as it's been knocked in and netted with but still seems a bit unresponsive.

Cheers

Cut around the stickers with a stanley knife or similar. The scuff will remain under the stickers but it won't matter. This is the only way really as removed stickers never go back on very well.

That or send it to to GM for a refurb, we can assist you here with prices etc.

Use it as much as you can, especially against bowling machine balls.
