My red ink x3
« on: November 27, 2014, 05:37:00 PM »

Evening chaps,

After seeing the top offer that John had on with the red inks, and the positive reviews I had read, I couldn't resist getting my hands on an x3!
My specs were around 2-11, nice high spine, low middle and big edges.
John didn't fail to deliver, he has made me a belter. Sent me pictures of a choice of 3 clefts that he had left, I chose the one that looked the best and the one that he reckoned performed best!
It has 7/8 grains, weighs 2.11, picks up excellently, and pings very well!
Will let pictures do talking

Lee

Apologies about the poor quality of photos, it's just I haven't told the bank manager I've bought a new bat

Is that a Ford Focus?

Have seen how many people take pictures of their bats in their cars? Weird!

Am I the only one who seen this title and was disappointed to only see one bat?!

Looks nice, hope it goes well for you! Pretty bulky bit of wood for the weight!

looks like a belter and profile is also amazing.
like the underdog looks of the bat so much atleast ball will be destined over the ropes.
