Dean Elgar's bubble
« on: December 26, 2014, 09:41:12 PM »

Looking at photos of Dean Elgar's bat and it doesn't look like a genuine kookaburra bubble as far as I am aware. Toe is completely square in every photo yet the real bubble's don't

Anyone have any idea who its made by?

Only companies I know that do a toe that square is Spartan or SS.

However, being a Saffa, could well be a B&S custom.

You're right that they both have square toes, but the only difference (before the stickers are applied) is if they stamp them or not  ;)

GN quantum was square toed.

I have seen a few B&S bats with a very square toe, not quite dead straight like that, but when you are a pro you can have what you want i suppose.
