Found this Puma Ballistic in a shop on the weekend. Was surprised to see one like this still in a retail shop, so not sure how long they've had it. The shape of it just got me, the edges were no more than 10mm, but it had a massive chunk behind it. Took a photo of it compared to a modern bat and the difference is huge. While the edges are significantly bigger on the newer bat, the Puma felt like it had more behind it, and had no concaving either.

I was mighty tempted to buy it, as it felt pretty good, and it's one of the ones that was made in Australia, but the missus was with me so had to give it a miss. Might go back and buy it when she's not with me though  haha.
