Just wanted to highlight great customer service from the guys at Vitas. My friend was looking for the new 2016 Kookaburra 1500 w/k gloves and inners. He placed an order online with some store based in UK but last monday (Feb 7th) when he called them they said they are waiting on Kookaburra delivery (even though their website shows the gloves in stock). He cancelled the order and i called Jake around 4:00 PM UK time same day. I placed the order same day, gloves were promptly shipped the next day and reached my house (Florida USA) by Friday - right in time for my friend before weekend game.
As always great efficient customer service by Vitas. Thanks a lot.

Rather than start a new post, I'd like to echo the sentiments towards Vitas.

Looked after me very well on 2 recent occasions, top customer service.

Up until now I had very rarely purchased any gear or equipment from retailers such as themselves, but will now be sure to do so in the future

Yep, never had a bad experience with Jake. Always very helpful and answering questions. My Mrs buys the occasional present for me through him and she echos the sentiment - perhaps I should be worried actually...!

Nothing to be worried about when it comes to the wife, he may have a loverly telephone manor and be good at matching cricket gear to people needs but there is a reason he does most of his best work on the phone and over the internet.... This customer service angel may have fell from heaven but he hit every branch on the tallest ugly tree on the way down!

Very good customer service from Jake. Recently ordered a GM Mana 808 and being in Australia he was more than happy to answer any questions I had on email.
