I ordered about 8 items, recieved 2 emails saying various bits were out of stock, so I asked for other things as replacements, never got any email to confirm they had changed my order for me with the replacement items. Recieved the gear last week, only had 4 itmes turn up, bargains yes, but customer service is terrible when they cant even respond to an email. And no sign of my refund for items out of stock, I know its only about £4, but still, if they kept £4 from all the orders placed recently (700) then it soon adds up

Received all my items today and pretty impressed. Have a couple of sleeveless jumpers in club colours, couple of training shirts, 2 raincoats (should of been 1 training jacket and 1 raincoat), a sleeveless green cricket jumper and a colour cricket top. The coloured cricket top is more like a leisurewear top and feels very soft. Definitely looks better than the pics



Once I got in touch with the right person the service has been ok.

Sounds good mate, i got nothing as they said they could carry out my order. Hayley Barsby called down to the warehouse and said they havent got anything! Quite frustrating!

Finally got an email! Only one of my items is in stock, so I can spend £1 on that plus £4.99 shipping or get a full refund.
Naturally I asked for the refund  >:(

by the looks of the stock list, just offloading stuff. Anybody who get's told items aren't in stock, just ask them what is in stock? I wasn't too fussy and just re-picked from the stock list.

ive had an email to say my second order is all out of stock. this was even after asking what they had in stick and ordering of the list.

My two large and one medium came. I lost about 8 other items I had ordered though.

Bought 2 of the sleeveless jumpers like Nick, bargains for £1.20, and also in my club colours and same ones we actually use , so getting club badge embroidered on them for £2.50, saving myself about £25 for each jumper from our normal suppliers, happy days
