Octane is a great shape. Low middle , full profile and big bats for the weight. Depends on what weight you play with . If you come low down the order 4/5 then octane is a good selection as you will need better pickup in case you are opening.

The octane sounds like it could be the best bet, although i like them all but i know which ones wont suit my game. I have a very wristy batting style, would the octane work with that? I normally get most my bats in around 2lb9 or 10. My teammates say that im a very good driver of the ball so the octane probably suits me overall.

What grade would everyone recommend? Would i bet better going for a higher graded one or are they only graded looks wise?

If you can go for 808 or above and you should get a quality Octane bat. Check with Vitas/Uzi/Aswani if they have any in stock.

Depends on your budget like everything really.  If you're lucky there are some decent looking 606's around.

Dont know if GM Have improved their handles but the 2014 ones had a very thin handle = very poor pickup

my teammate has the 2015 Octane, with the ripple grip, and has a thicker handle than the 2014 model. It was 2lb 9oz and pick up was good.

Oh Ok then pickup should be fine in the 2015 Octane because i added 2 more grips on the 2014 model and it picked up prettu well
