Im currently having a bit of a dilemma with regard to my oblivion and whether to get it refurbed or not.

Basically I used it all last season and it has some visible surface cracks and some good wear down the inside edge (typical left handers). Although, currently it is performing very well but I am scared that it may not last very long unless it gets a refurb and a repair. Thing is, previously I had a bad refurb experience where a lot of weight was taken out of the bat and it didn't feel as good in my hands. It also took quite a bit of time to get it going again.

So would you go for longevity and get a refurb or just keep using it as it is and tape it up?
