Strain in the fingers
« on: March 30, 2015, 04:25:22 PM »

If I bat for long, the fingers of my top hand become strained (I am a left hand batsman), and at some point during the innings, I am even unable to move the bat properly. Is it something to do with my grip? I tend to hold the bat a bit tightly with my top hand and a very loose grip from my bottom hand.  any suggestions?
