What has been said to you about your lid?
Few weeks ago, some guy couldnt stop shouting about how Chris Hoy was at the crease
Yesterday "That doubles up as a cycling helmet does it?"
A few people have been really interested and asked to try it on though etc

The first cricket box was used in 1874. The first cricket helmet was introduced in 1974. So, it took 100 years for men to twig that their brains were also worth protecting.

Not Ayrtek related but yesterday i got told i should be easy to get out as i only had half a bat when using my willostix stick. Rather oddly the guy who said it came out in their innings with a goose mmi3 and heaved across the line first ball and was bowled! Fair to say he got a fair bit of stick for that!

yeah Ive had the bike references, I actully play along sometimes and do the air-bike handle. Had a couple of people who know the helment because kumar uses one so they go "thats a sangakara helmet"
was funny at the t20 on friday when lewis was playing, he uses the lid and got out quickly, but what was ironic was when he was fielding a bunch of lads had a sign and started chanting "lewis on your bike", now i know it wasnt because of the helmet but i thought it was quite ironic!

He's in now on sky with glos putting in am effort for the lowest T20 score going!!
Yeh they do love the bike comments but now the whole Warwickshire squad have them the comentators seem to have less to say about them which is a shame! Love a bit of banter about them
