Bowling boots
« on: May 29, 2015, 09:28:12 PM »

What are the best bowling boots out there and which brand is best value for money? I'm not looking to spend an arm and a leg but want the most comfortable shoe for a reasonable price.

I used to have a pair of Adidas bowling boots but they ripped my big toe apart on my landing foot. Don't use them anymore, just use a mid cut boot (NB 4030) as find they offer good support and obviously are a lot less bulky.

I've found the New Balance 4040's really good value. They are sturdy, lightweight and comfortable. You wouldn't go far wrong with a pair.

The latest Nike "Lunar Accelerate 2", latest revision for 2015, seems be great too, though I wonder if when they will become available in UK (I hope soon as I'm waiting for them since I've had good experience with '14 version). Anybody has any further info on this?  Looks like there are only available in India.
