I've had a couple of £40 net bats and a couple of £80 ones, all were genuinely good bats. First £80er I got was lovely, nice clean piece of wood and was in serious consideration for match bat choice over my much more expensive Phoenix until the handle snapped. Steve replaced it no problem, sadly didn't get on with the pickup of the new one. Sold it to a teammate who slapped runs everywhere with it. Definitely recommend MSR, unbeatable for under £100.

Steve is really great if you have an issue with the handle and will often no questions asked replace. For a wet weather bat, they are fantastic or if you do not really care like my brother. I think in the post 100 mark, I would rather go and get something from a manufacture, or off the forum. Even if its lower grade etc, I trust their judgement, where as steve is just looking to shfit volume. Not a criticism, its his model.
