my new redink
« on: December 27, 2015, 04:03:57 AM »

Hello All,

Few weeks back I posted a thread about my new custom bat . I got quite a few responses but after discussing about the grade, price shipping cost etc I decided to give a chance to redink.
John is quite good in responding to your emails. Not bad to do business:).
I told him what I am looking for .you guys all know these technical terms like  specifications, edge size, spine height etc etc. I don't want to bore you guys by repeating them .
I asked him for grade1 english willow. I am some what flexible with the bat weight from 2.10oz- 3lb.

Today I received my Redink custom bat. The bat is very good , looks great and  finishing is absolutely great.Balance is good.
let the pics do the talking . I am having a trouble in uploading all the pics so I did it on youtube, so if you want take a look at the bat
here they are , 2nd link is my review

bat weighs around 2.13Oz
Edge is ~ 39mm
spine height is  ~ 56 mm
toe is around 20mm
shoulder is 15mm

the duffle bag it is really big , trust me very big . for one person the duffle bag is very big may be you can fit whole team kit in it

Bat looks great, I really recommend Redink if you are looking for a bat in decent budget .

Thank John for the good bat and your prompt response

Nice bat for the weight. Hope the duckbill profile helps in the pickup.
