Root took the shilling on offer from Masuri not the other way round he chose the Shrey in the uk but was never paid.
cant blame players who take the money. I have both helmets before anybody asks and i love them both.

We don't know the full details but i doubt Root is using Masuri for free

@Ayrtek it's probably fair to assume that the weights in the website will be the minimal weights so taken from the smallest helmet size with the least padding present etc

This may well be the case which was why I asked the question.....marketing is a wonderful thing so it would be good to see if the quoted weights are a true reflection of what customers have in their kit bags 👍

@Centurion if you get it on properly you can only see one bar, if there's 2 in your line if vision that's how you know it's on wrong.

@Ayrtek my Vision Series elite titanium, with the standard thickness padding & swopa band, without a stem guard attached, is 919g

Our steel "Trial version" comes in at 872g currently with 9mm padding.

On our models? Yes that's he plan although as previously stated it wouldn't make them officially 2013 compliant but would provide a smaller gap and fixed grille position then.
