Big Bag
« on: February 27, 2016, 08:36:26 PM »

Hi

I could only find one old thread on B3 bags so thought I would start a new one.

Has anyone got the the big bag; if so what are your thoughts on it in terms of build quality, wheels, pockets, bat cave/pocket, material and size. Would you recommend it?

Cheers

I second you on this mate, @procricket B3 said he might take some pics of it when he was at B3 the other day but he hasn't gotten back to me so I assume he was ran off his feet. If anyone has the bag then pics would be awesome.

+1 .. I don't know what does B3 have in stock, but I would like to get a comparison between the medium bag and big bag. Any input from forum members is greatly appreciated.

I have the duffle and a few bat bags. Quality is top shelf. I wanted the bag, but the postage was more than the bag. If your in the UK don't hesitate. The Duffle is actually a clever design and the nylon much thicker than the Woodworm pro Duffle i had previously. The bat pockets on the duffle are designed to make the bag stand up on its own and well padded plus big enough to fit the bat in its cover....or just the bat if you go for a megacleft.

Don't think either of last seasons bags had bat caves, but it's a new season.

I have the big bag, I personally think that it is a bit too big. it is massive, brilliant build quality, love the customised printing, and the side pockets zip off if you need a valuables bag etc.

Would you recommend the smaller one then? Is yours this years model and does it have a bat cave?

Hi Chaps,

You are right we havent done a review of our products other than bats on here, this is something that Dave has been on at me to do for several months but have not got round to it.

We are getting a business admin / marketing apprentice and part of his remit will be do this more often. That said, I will try my best to get a few pictures up and a review of our bags up so you can have a look and compare.

Hi Percy

it was beginning of last season when I got it, not sure if it has changed - has two full length bat pockets inside the bag, one on each of the inside wall.

Unless you have loads and loads of kit I would go for the medium bag.

Thanks. I might see if I can drop in when I'm next passing Nottingham and have a look at them. If they are anything like their bat sleeves the quality should be great!
